Ok I haven't done a journal entry in over a year so that just proves how un-exciting my life is, lol, but oh well!

But for once...something exciting did happen...I got my tattoo! yay!

Well I had it done on Saturday, so this is a bit late, oopsy, my bad.

But what happened was, I have been designing this tattoo for a couple of weeks, getting my design perfect and I finally have a weekend free to get it done, because most of the time I'm a busy work-a-holic!

And so me and my two bestest friendlies (Kii and Kitty) went into town to celebrate Kii's belated birthday, cause she is an oldie, and I was all like 'Will you come with me to get my tattoo done?' with the big eyes and all, and it worked!

So we had to wait in the tattoo place for about an hour because of a queue, reading magazines and watching a movie they had on their plasma tv, I think it was Knocked-up...classic film.

And then when the bearded lady who was before me finished and they had re-drawn my design onto skin-transfery paper stuff it was my turn!

I climbed up the stairs, already a little nervous into the tattoo place which was really nice and bright, which was comforting, and took a seat in the big ol' tattooist chair which zonked me backwards so I was lying down.

The tattooist was really great and friendly and soon I was on my way to being tattoo-ed.

While he was stabbing me thousands of times with a super inked needle we had a good chat about random things to keep me calm, him noting my high pain thresh-hold as on my side is apparently the second most painful place to have a tattoo...which was comforting...but it surprisingly wasn't bad at all, the only bit I would say was painful was by my ribs, the words 'god darn ouchie' would sum it up really, lol.

And then after about 45-ish minutes I was done and it looked fantastic! I really love it and it's supremely sexy. I'm really glad I chose to do the design myself too, cause then I plan it around my own body etc etc rather then just picking one off the wall

And so overall...I'm really happy with it and can't wait for summer so I can strut down the beach in my bikini giving the world a flash of my greatest bodily treasure...apart from my boobies of course ;3

Well that's about it really.
